Unfortunately, but it's not feasible. The eSIM is tied to a particular device, meaning you must use the phone you intend to take to the destination country for scanning.
If you scan it with a different device, the eSIM will become linked to that device instead.
Is it possible to make and receive phone calls and message with eSIM?
In select destinations, you'll receive a dedicated phone number that enables unrestricted calling and messaging capabilities. Please refer to the product description for specific information on availability.
Can I utilize my personal SIM card alongside an eSIM simultaneously?
Certainly! You can use both your physical SIM card and eSIM concurrently on compatible devices.
Is it necessary to purchase multiple eSIMs to ensure coverage for my entire trip?

For trips exceeding the duration of a single eSIM, consider purchasing two plans to cover your entire stay, transitioning to the new plan once the current one expires.

When will I receive my eSIM?
Typically, please allow up to 24 hours to deliver your eSIM by email after placing your order.
However, occasionally, the instructions, QR code, and activation details may end up in your email's spam folder.
If you cannot locate the email in your spam folder, please contact us via email with your email address and order number. We'll promptly resend the eSIM to you to ensure you receive it as soon as possible.
Things you need to know before installation the eSIM
- Please have another device or a printed QR code for the camera to scan.
- Please ensure that the phone you are scanning with has a stable internet connection.
- Please note that the QR code can only be scanned once, so make sure to use it during your journey.
- Please do not delete the eSIM from your phone, otherwise you will be unable to use it after.

In the case of unlimited eSIMs, heavy data usage within a day might result in reduced speeds until the next morning. This daily policy reset ensures that speeds return to normal the following day if impacted.
For non-unlimited eSIMs with fixed data allowances (e.g., 20GB/30 days), there are no such limitations, enabling unrestricted usage without speed restrictions.
How can I determine the appropriate amount of data for my trip?
Casual User:
Engages in basic activities such as using Google Maps, browsing the web, and messaging. We suggest considering plans with 1-10GB of data for casual usage.
Moderate User:
In addition to the activities of a casual user, also uses social media platforms. For moderate usage, we recommend unlimited data plans or those with 10GB or more.
